REDECORATION. REFURBISHMENT. FURNISHING SERVICE
This service provides for the supervision of redecoration, furnishing, refurbishment or major building works tailored to the needs of prospective tenants and your budget. We provide a valuable service to investment landlords who have just acquired property for rental, or for landlords letting property long term, who need to ensure that their property is maintained in good condition.
We can:
- Organise any remedial action as detailed in a surveyor's report.
- Arrange general maintenance repairs and an overhaul of plumbing, lighting, and central heating systems.
- Furnish properties.
- Organise interior and exterior re-decoration, re-carpeting and curtaining as necessary.
- Arrange the installation or upgrading of kitchens and bathrooms.
- Effect cleaning of carpets, curtains, paintwork, windows & walls.
VACANT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
This is a service offered for property that is vacant either because it is awaiting sale, between tenants or is infrequently occupied. It aims to address the practical difficulties that can result from leaving a property empty and can be tailored to meet the needs of individual owners.
